We feel passionate about you having content that supports you to support each other.

At a time when you may find out your doula cannot attend your birth, or you may have to stay quarantined at home to stay healthy, we are working to help you access care online.

Our yoga courses are great for relaxation, partner stretches and light workouts to ease your body through pregnancy.

We offer live coaching, group support and email support on all our courses.

"My experience far surpassed anything I went into it expecting. I had some lower back pain from early pregnancy, and a Yelp search brought me to Bonnie. All I wanted was for some relief physically, and I was surprised to have someone who sat down, got to know me and my lifestyle, prior to doing body work. It felt so personal and like such an understanding space to discuss such a personal experience. Following the body work, the pain is also much much less. Can’t wait to go back."

Helped with hip pain and general pregnancy discomfort

"Excellent experience and massage! Bonnie was so thoughtful and really took her time to ask questions before beginning the massage. She focused on the pain points I specified during our conversation, which left me feeling so much better afterwards. I will definitely be back for another massage to help me get through the general aches and pains of the third trimester. I would highly recommend her to any pregnant women in the Boston area looking for a relaxing massage experience."
